City Descriptions

Just to give some more help to people who can't pick a city~.

Saphirse

Is best known as the Port city,it's power and economy depends on the sea,which makes it the poorest city of them all by far.
It also has the biggest taxes of criminality and mortality.And as everyone knows or will soon be aware, there are only two kinds of people residing in Saphirse- Hard workers or criminals.

-The Docks-

Saphirse is well known for it's docks and the movement in them. Fishermen returning from the sea can be seen constantly. At first sight it may appear calm but you must remember this is Saphirse we're talking about. Nothing is what it seems around here and you shouldn't trust people easily here unless you want to get robbed of all you have or worse, getting caught in the middle of pirate fights. Because of that one should be careful and wary of the majority of the leaders in Saphirse such as Mordecai Livingston, the Gunslinger leader but also leader of thieves. He may seem harmless at first sight but don't underestimate him.But even so you should worry more about the Sea pirates and their Captain Zephyr Lugia... His crew can easily be found around these parts, causing fights with the Sky pirates or getting awfully drunk in the taverns and messing up the docks as usual... So you have to keep in mind to not get on their bad side and please for the love of Arceus leave your valuables at home. As mentioned before if there's a fight in the docks it's safe to think it's between the Sky and Sea pirates... They don't get along due to the Sky pirates usually following which side benefits them instead of the 'freedom' the Sea pirates follow. There's often clashes between them both verbal and physical. Even so the Sky pirate's leaders, the Latios and Latias siblings, aren't really considered as crooks and try to keep their crew from following worse paths. The latias, Lady Scarlett Dracae is often the kinder side of the siblings and doesn't like unnecessary conflict but this beauty is not to be underestimated for she is no damsel in distress. Her brother, the Latios, Shian Dracae is often the more realistic of the siblings and keeps Scarlett from falling prey to her own kindness. Among all of these leaders, there's also the Kyogre leader, the one with the most noble job in Saphirse. Lady Kyvinne is the Lady of Labour and the younger sibling of the three siblings. She's the one the non corrupt people of Saphirse look up to, the light in the middle of all of the corruption and danger. Kyvinne is a hard-worker and you can count on her if you aren't a corrupt individual. During the day it's more or less 'safe' to dwell around these parts but during the night you should be extremely careful and carry a weapon just in case so what will you do now?

Emerstadt


Is a big urban city, considerably rich,that has the highest number of well educated people who are curious of the way everything works. By far the best place for knowledge and research,due to being home to the best academies and sharp minds. It has the lowest taxes of criminality and mortality. In Emmerstadt everyone can learn at least a bit since it's a constantly evolving city.

-The Emerstadtian Public Archives Library-

One of the corner stones of the perpetualy ascending city of Emerstadt. The capital of knowledge is, rather obviously, the capital to the biggest library of all. The Emerstadtian Public Archives Library is home to books of every type of genre. All the best scientist and medicine prodigies come here to obtain valuable bits sof information that is valuable to their work and research. It's the place where all of the brightest minds can be found. Scholars, philosophists even casual readers come by. It is also where those prodigies debate with eachother, orderly, of certain theories. The head Librarian is the Uxie legendary, .

Rubi Valley

Is an urban city, where the rich get richer and the poor stay the same.It's best known for their land's fertility with minerals.
You could say Rubi Valley is a jewel city where the rich shine brighter- although that is mostly thanks to the hard work of many civilians.In Rubi Valley you can find an astounding variety and quality in the merchandise- Weapons,jewels,armour, you name it.

-The Groudon's Forge-

On of the corners of Rubi Valley you can feel the heat eradiate from inside a Smith's shop. You are curious but the growling and groans along with the loud sound of metal being hit by a hammer repeteadly keeps you from looking inside. You see people walk past it, not even looking towards it and it worries you more. Just as you muster enough courage to peek you feel yourself being pulled back and your eyes shoot towards the person that just did so. The man looks about 30 or so and he looks very dirty from working on the mines, you assume. He tells you "Hey be careful there, that's the Groudon's working place. You shouldn't bother him when he's working even if you want to purchase something... He has a rather... Nasty attitude and you wouldn't want to get burned, litterally, now would ya? If you really need something from him wait until he's stopped hammering away and make your presence known before actually going in, understand? Good...Oh, and not too loud too... Goodluck" He patted you on your shoulder and carried off, leaving you to stare at the building.

Diamondos

Twin city with Perlaccia, both cities are at very good terms since Queen Beatrice and Prince Occasian have occupied the main regency of the twin cities. Diamondos is a holy city, where people beleive very much in dreams. The city with the biggest number of churches, by far and where many excentrics break the boundaries imposed to them.Wether they be spiritual or of body. In Diamondos every dream is said to come true. A city with a rival number of immigrants to it's twin city-Perlaccia.

-The Heavenly Archibasilica-

The first thing you see when arriving to the twin city of Diamondos is the cathedral standing glorious on the very center of the city. Not far from the Prince's palace, Azymitas, who is as glorious as the church. In a city where faith is such an important thing, it becomes obvious why there would be such a large cathedral filled with beauitful and intricate golden details. Heavenly doors that make their way to the skies are the first thing to catch your eye when reaching the church. On the inside of the cathedral you can see the gold details on the ceiling extending throughout the entirety of the cathedral. White marble was the most used for the architecture along with gold decorations with the Cosmatesque style. The geometrically intricate designs on the ceiling and screens. The floor was all of guilloché type, with enamel.Precise, intricate and repetitive patterns engraved into an underlying material with fine detail.Two ribbons winding around a series of regular central points with an hourglass figure were the details on the floor. Statues of previous lengendaries decorated the cloister of the cathedral. The flora there making the statues come to life.Giant solomonic collumns were the foundation of the cathedral, their s shape giving a beautiful touch to the cathedral. And right at the end of the entrance stood the high altar with an intricate baldachin over it. The pope , ,is often encountered here and every Arceus follower is welcomed here.

Perlaccia

Twin city with Diamondos, Perlaccia is very known for being the city of art. Even though it's definatly not of the richest- it's definatly one with big variety. The city is blessed by their artist Queen and as such, artists travel from afar simply to just arrive at the capital of art. From rich to poor- Perlaccia doesn't discriminate. Wether they be famous or mere street performers- Art is for everyone who understands it and feels it in them.

-The Streets of Perlaccia-

On the streets of the Arts capital you can see all kinds of people. It is the center of diversity in every possible way, there are painters reproducing the landscapes or doing portraits of passing people , stree performers who show tricks such as juggling several spheres at the same time or other objects along with fire jugglers and dancers who show their fluid and entraing moves to the sound of the instruments other street permormers are playing like guitars, acordeons, some even sing. Just from one glance you can see just how colourful the capital of the Arts is with the Queen's palace, Quasitura, glimmers like a precious jewel. The heart of Perlaccia. Everyone is welcome. But there is also a dark side to Perlaccia, much like ever city. The whore houses and the cabarets are extremely abundant and filled to the brim with males, whom search for the sinful pleasures and affections of unknown ladies. The theatres are also filled to the brim but for better reasons than the other two. Perlaccia is basically a two sided jewel. During the day you see the most beautiful things ever seen and during the night you see the less healthy half of it.
