Regarding Gender Restricted Pokemon

Pokemon that are gender restricted in game such as Gallade, male only in game, and Lilligant, female only in game, will no longer be gender restricted
in PR, for the main reason that it wouldn't be very necessary in a humanized form and would only hinder variety in the future. So it is safe to say you can make a female Gallade, and a male Lilligant
, however it's always more common for them to be that gender they were restricted to so it's not extremely common to happen have that in account.
